About this property

Our condominium is located in the heart of the medical district. A short walk to restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. This historical home was built in the 1820s but has since been converted to condos. This unit was updated in Fall 2021 with new flooring, furniture, and fresh paint. This unit is available for 28+ night stays only.
We have a dedicated parking space for this unit which is included in your booking fee.
Located downstairs, guests enter the unit via the living room. Open seating area fand a television (streaming services only) complete this space. The full kitchen features stove, oven, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, and fridge. Fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and utensils. Initial supply of coffee, sugar, and creamers onsite but additional supplies must be provided by guests.
The spacious bathroom has a single sink vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom includes a queen bed and walk-in closet. Ample storage for our monthly guests!

Optimal Spot for Healthcare Workers

The location of this property for healthcare workers could not be more ideal. It is a 3 minute walk to the main hospital and an 8 minute walk to the children's hospital. Perfect for rotating nurses, medical students, etc! The place itself was very clean and exactly as described. Parking was perfect, one spot for free. And the host is extremely responsive. I could not have asked for a better stay!!

The perfect spot

This little gem was the perfect spot for me and my dog, Red. Convenient, great location, easy parking, and a small screened in porch. I loved my stay here.
