About this property

Our condominium is located in the heart of the medical district. A short walk to restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. This historical home was built in the 1820s but has since been converted to condos. This unit was updated in Fall 2021 with new flooring, furniture, and fresh paint. This unit is available for 28+ night stays only.
We have a dedicated parking space for this unit which is included in your booking fee.
Located upstairs, guests enter the unit via the living room. Dining area for two and a television (streaming services only) complete this space. The full kitchen features stove, oven, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, and fridge. Fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and utensils. Initial supply of coffee, sugar, and creamers onsite but additional supplies must be provided by guests.
The spacious bathroom has a single sink vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom includes a queen bed and walk-in closet. Ample storage for our monthly guests!

Awesome getaway in downtown!

The host was amazing and responded very fast. Everything was beautiful, the appliances in the kitchen were a little old but they worked well. In the middle of downtown super close to King Street and anything else you’d want to do!!
