Beds very comfortable, bathrooms clean. Bedrooms spartan, but very serviceable. Second bathroom was in the basement, away from the bedrooms, which should be reflected in the property description. Living room, kitchen and upstairs bath really nice!

I appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the off-street parking. The deck on in the back yard was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the evening. We also appreciated there was a Netflix account on the TV for the guests. That was very thoughtful. The host was easy to communicate with.

Opening the front door to the house I was overwhelmed by the smell of cat pee. The host appears to know they have a problem as they have 2 air purifiers running at full capacity. However, when I messaged them to complain, they denied there was an issue. So, if you are ok with the smell of cats & cat pee, it’s an ok place to stay, otherwise I’d not recommend staying.

We enjoyed a nice stay. The home is in a quiet location yet near to everything one could need. Check in and out was easy. We appreciated being able to use the laundry facilities.

I was unable to stay due to the strong smell of cat urine and mold/mustiness throughout the place. The downstairs bathroom and bed were also filthy. I’ve requested a refund from the owner, but they still haven’t responded.After I requested a refund, the owner stopped responding. I then had to book another last-minute place, which cost me extra money.

Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed for a night on our way to the Black Hills. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. Everyone had a good night's rest before we got back on the road. If we were in the area, I would stay here again!
