Was perfect for 2 couples. Clean and comfortable. Stacy was very responsive to our need for an extra night. Also, in the second bedroom upstairs, it was the most comfortable mattress ever.

Great house! Looks like a fairly new construction. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Very pet friendly. Host responds quickly with any questions or concerns. Grocery store just across the intersection and minutes from old town.

Great place to stay

This property was clean, very convenient to any location in Fort Collins, and the owner was extremely communicative and nice! I would stay here every time I go to Fort Collins. The price is extremely reasonable and the house is amazing.

Beautiful home!

We were in Fort Collins to take our granddaughter to tour CSU. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. The hot tub was great after long days of traveling. Excellent location with close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

FOCO graduation weekend

Beautiful Townhome! Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay in this property! The townhome itself is beautiful, looks brand new, updated interior and furnishings. It was very clean. Nice patio, hot tub, kitchen is well stocked. Pretty, very quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Fort Collins and CSU. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

We were in town for a funeral, and ended up having people come back to our place several times, because it was set up perfectly to have people over. Both bedrooms were spacious and set up well. I think it was a great value for what we paid.

Nice getaway

Fun, short visit to Northern Colorado for break. Enjoyed the Discovery museum (super close), shopping, and trampoline park. Really nice that we could include our dog. House is as pictured and has the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Stacy, the host was great to work with!

Excellent Stay

This property is in a wonderful location and has everything a family could want. A great kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as an outdoor area for a wind down at the end of the day. We loved the areas where people could spread out and play games, watch TV or read, or take advantage of all Ft. Collins has to offer. An excellent spot in Ft. Collins. We will be back!
