Inside, discover a laundry room, a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, an open gourmet kitchen fully stocked for family meals, and a welcoming family dining table. Enjoy the private yard on 5 acres, complete with a hot tub.

Every bedroom provides comfortable bedding, an ensuite bathroom, and ample closet space. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, a spacious sitting area, a dresser, a smart TV, and a luxurious oversized bathroom. The queen bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom with the neighboring oversized office/Murphy bed room. The twin bedroom offers two beds and an ensuite shower bathroom.

All bathrooms include fluffy towels, hand towels, washcloths, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The large office accommodates two with queen Murphy bed linens provided. The living room features leather sofas, wingback chairs, a wood-burning fireplace, a large TV, and a sound system. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and includes custom appliances and a walk-in pantry. A beautiful casita outside the home offers a queen bed, an updated shower bath, and a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.

Amazing House

Our stay was spectacular! It was the PERFECT HOUSE! The attention to detail and the amenities in the home were top notch! We loved everything about our stay! I’m only giving this place 4 stars because of the check out process. The host accused us of breaking minor things that were broken or had been broken prior to our arrival, which I didn’t appreciate. If you stay here, go through the house thoroughly so you’re not later accused of someone else’s damage. For example there was a chair leg loose in the kitchen from the start of our stay. She later accused us of “breaking” the chair. I told her the leg was loose when we arrived and asked for a photograph of the damaged chair since all the furniture was in tact when we left. The host just ignored my email. She accused us of losing a second set of keys, when there was only one set of keys to begin with. So beware if you stay here. Make sure you go through the house with a fine tooth and comb so you aren’t accused of any damage!

Each bedroom has comfortable bedding with ensuite bathroom and extra large closets. Master bedroom offers a king bed with large sitting area, dresser and smart TV, step into the oversized luxurious bathroom with large shower, dual vanities, private toilet room and oversized walk in closet. Queen bedroom has a jack and jill bathroom shared with neighboring oversized office/ murphy bed room. Queen bedroom's bath has a shower/ tub combo, single vanity and toilet. Twin bedroom offers two twin beds, large closet and ensuite shower bathroom with vanity and toilet. All bathrooms are complete with fluffy towels, hand towels, washcloths, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
The large office has two built in desks with seating and can easily sleep two with the queen murphy pull out bed. No closet in this room. The living room is large and open to the kitchen and dining area. Two leather sofas and wingback chairs with a lovely wood burning fireplace. Large TV and sound system too. Off the open kitchen there is a large wood dining table for 8 and the kitchen bar offers 4 bar stools.
The gourmet kitchen is large and airy, fully stocked to prepare family meals .
Custom large side by side fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen aide mixer, microwave and large toaster oven. All the bakeware and cookware you need are ready for you. Large walk in pantry to store you dry goods.
Beautiful casita outside the home off the garage with a Queen bed, updated shower bath with toilet and vanity. Casita has a small kitchenette with sink, mini fridge and microwave, even a dishwasher.
Garage parking for 2 and covered drive in front of the home. Parking for 2 additional cars in the driveway. Large lot on 5 acres with lovely views all around, very private and the backyard offers seating and dining complete with a hot tub. Spend the holidays here, in privacy, luxury and with the beauty of the Wood River Valley right outside.
