Views, Views, Views. Beautiful, 10 year old, custom built “Lodge Style” Ketchum Family home with sweeping views of Baldy mountain from every room! Enjoy your own 'Private Idaho' within a mile of downtown Ketchum.

This 4,500+ sq ft., 5 BR/3.5 Bath (including Den/foldout bed), home with private hot tub and Baldy views is right off bike path, ¼ mile to River Run lifts and less than 1 mile to downtown Ketchum. Media Room with pull-out couch can act as '5th Bedroom'.

The main floor features a spectacular “Great Room” with 30 foot vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, unobstructed mountain views, and a huge stone wood burning fireplace. The room includes a French Country dining table with seating for 8 and a beautiful wine rack/bar. Radiant heat and AC.

The main floor also features a “Gourmet Kitchen” with top of the line amenities, two large grills, Island with bar/stool seating, kitchen nook, and wine fridge. Adjacent “Family Room” offers a Flat Screen TV, DVD/CD/Game player, fireplace and private hot tub and BBQ directly outside. Separate media room with Flat Screen TV and pull-out couch (“Bedroom 5”) and guest bath.

3 Car Heated Garage and Ski Lockers

The four main bedrooms are spread out across two levels:

Bedroom 1 – Ensuite Master w/ King, Private Marble Bath, Steam Shower, and Mountain Views – 2nd Level (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2 - Ensuite Full Bed with Private Bath – 1st Level (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3 – Bunk w/ Full Lower Bed– 2nd Level (sleeps 2-3)

Bedroom 4 – (2) Sets of Bunks w/ access to Full Bath – 2nd level (sleeps 4)

“Bedroom 5” (Optional) – Bedroom/Media room w/ pull-out couch & access to Full Bath (sleeps 1-2)

Downstairs is a large basement with Big Screen TV, Pool Table, DVD Player, board games & videogame system - a great area for kids or kids at heart to play. Upstair’s office w/ desk, Wi-Fi, Fax machine, printer and sweeping views of the mountains. Other amenities include 3 car, heated garaged, ski lockers, and Laundry Room with Full Size W/D and Storage Area.

Family time in Ketchum

This beautiful home is in a great location and was the perfect spot for our family to gather. We enjoyed the proximity to bike path and River Run parking for skiing Mount Baldy. Home was very well-appointed with perfect areas to gather or enough space to spread out. Owner and property manager were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful home with views

Our family enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful house with the river and bike access basically in the backyard! One of our favorite activities was floating down the Bigwood River! The house was spacious and clean with all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. We loved enjoying dinner inside or on the outdoor patio and LOVED playing pool after our long day of outdoor activities! I would highly recommend a stay in Ketchum! Everyone is so friendly!

The house was beautiful. Close to the river and bike path. Plenty of space and a fenced yard. The kitchen was well outfitted for all of our cooking needs.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

This is the second summer our family has stayed at this beautiful property and it is simply fantastic! The house has a wonderful master living room which is great for entertaining as well as a gorgeous patio for just hanging out outside. Many evenings we would just order takeout food and enjoy dinner on outside patio. The kitchen is also very spacious with modern appliances and the outdoor hot-tub is wonderful for relaxing in after a long hike. Our family particularly enjoys the location of the house on a very quite street with direct access to a scenic river and located feet from the bike path. My wife would go running every morning on the bike path and be treated to breathtaking views. The beauty and spaciousness of the home coupled with its wonderful location makes it a perfect vacation rental.

The Best Vacation Rental Home in Ketchum

Our family recently spent 2 wonderful weeks (July 20-August 10, ’18) staying in this exceptional Ketchum property. Conveniently located next to the Wood River Trail, it is easily accessible yet privately tucked into a small neighborhood. The house itself is architecturally stunning and at the same time feels cozy and comfortable. Breathtaking views of the mountains from numerous large upstairs and downstairs windows make staying inside during the heat of the day a welcome option. This large, open living area, with adjacent sun deck, is the most stunning feature of the house. The numerous amenities are of the best quality and helped make our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Look no further, your dream vacation rental home awaits!

Fantastic

This is an incredible home especially for families. It is right on the bike path and minutes away from River Run Ski Mountain. From almost every room in the home there are sweeping views of the mountains and beautiful landscaping. The gourmet kitchen was my particular favorite. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants the best of the best in Sun Valley.

Very comfortable, representative Sun Valley home with a good, open layout and lots of light. Conveniently located just barely outside of Ketchum. Large, practical kitchen, well-equipped. Very responsive and friendly owner. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely rent this location again.

Perfect Sun Valley House

We had such a wonderful and comfortable week staying at this beautiful retreat in Sun Valley. It is located PERFECTLY just out of town. We rode bikes to town one day, enjoyed early morning walks to the river daily. We loved going into the hot tub every night after a full day of activities. The Master Suite with amazing views, closet and spa bathroom is a resort in itself. The decor is perfect SunValley! Brand new washer and Dryer for easy use and the playroom in the basement was our kids favorite hang out!
