Pineapple by the Sea is a private beach getaway that accommodates up to 8 guests. The home boasts an expansive backyard, fire pit and grill, large living room area with smart tv, a recreation room with a pool table and dart board, as well as a full kitchen.
This 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom luxury beach home sleeps up to 6 guests. With 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, Pineapple by the Sea is the perfect accommodation for your family beach vacation! This property features a screened in front porch, large living room with smart tv, a recreational room with a professional grade pool table and dart board with an open concept leading into a dining area and full size kitchen.
The bathroom off of the kitchen includes a washer and dryer for guest convenience.
The expansive backyard of the property boasts outdoor lounging, a camp fire, and a grill.
Pineapple by the Sea has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles in the driveway located on the RIGHT hand side of the house. Please do not park in the driveway in front of the garage.
Additional parking is available on the street, but is metered to the city of Tybee and is strictly enforced.
Please ensure to pay for parking, when parking anywhere on the island besides the Pineapple by the Sea Property to avoid parking tickets.
A door code to the property will be provided in your check-in instructions ONE day prior to check-in.
"Pineapple by the Sea" is located STEPS from the Tybee Island South beach pier and is walking distance from the best breakfast spot on the island "The Breakfast Club." This property is in an extremely desirable location walking distance from the main strip of bars, restaurants, shops, and beach.
Free parking is available at the property to accommodate up to three vehicles. Once you are settled in, there are options to rent golf carts and bikes for the duration of your stay on the island.
However, our property is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants, as well as shops so it won't be necessary to purchase transportation if you do not wish to.
Parking throughout the island is metered to the city of Tybee.
