The ground floor features a two-car garage, a fun game room, and plenty of beach gear ready for your use. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after sandy beach days.

The main level offers a warm, open layout ideal for groups. It includes:
Two inviting bedrooms - one with a full-size bed and another with two twin beds
A convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom featuring two separate toilets and a shared central shower

An oversized living room with ample seating for relaxing or movie nights
A fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals
Access to both a screened porch and an open deck, perfect for enjoying fresh island air

Top Floor Retreat
The entire top floor is a private sanctuary featuring an oversized master bedroom, a spa-inspired bathroom with luxurious finishes, a spacious walk-in closet, and access to a sunny private deck-your own peaceful escape.

What a great stay in Tybee! The house was comfortable with great outdoor decks to sit and have coffee. There is plenty of room for the kids. The location is right near the beach, so we went every day during our stay.

Awesome House!

The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The house was in a great location, just a block away from the beach, and super clean. We will definitely come back to stay at Parade Perfect! Thank you for letting us stay! Hope to be back at Tybee soon!

Perfect and Beautiful Home!

We came to celebrate two birthdays of children in our family. My grown daughter came from Atlanta, GA with my grandson, who turned six this week. And I travelled from Jacksonville, FL with my youngest daughter, who turned ten this week! Between the four of us, we had so many different relationship dynamics going on, and this house had plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy our time!!! Everything was PERFECT!!!!! Highly recommend this home!!!!

Fabulous Tybee Beach House

My family loved the house! It was the perfect size for us. Extremely clean. Had all the cooking appliances we needed. Walking distance from the beach, as well as local restaurants and shops. A few steps away from a great grocery store. Rental property staff were easy to work with. We are already planning to come back.
