This was a great “home away from home” for the week. Our family enjoyed playing foosball and other board games provided. We also had a great time in the yard and accessing a playground right across the street. There were a couple of items we found difficult finding but the host is quick to communicate and respond to any questions you might have during your stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Brothers & Baseball

There were 5 of us, including my husband's two brothers and a sister-in-law. The accommodations were perfect for our group and the location was great for attending KC Royals pre-season games as well as exploring the area. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Perfect Rental

We came into town to visit family. This was perfect for us. Property was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The owner was fantastic at communicating and making sure all our needs were met and answered any questions that came up. Wish all owners were this one! Will stay again if available when we visit next. Definitely recommend!

Spring Training

We spent a week for Rangers Spring training. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the complex. Grocery store was also just minutes away. House was perfect for relaxing, cooking our own meals and enjoying the back patio. House was clean and had everything we needed. Surya was an awesome host, immediately available to answer any questions and checking on us during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again if come back for another Spring, and would highly recommend!

Our visit to Surprise.

My wife, brother and sister-in-law were visiting family in Surprise who lived nearby. The house was clean and had new appliances. Everything worked well but we had a problem regulating the heat setting on the thermostat. There were only 3 bath towels in the guest bathroom and no face/hand towels. The owner was pleasant and helpful. Would stay there again.

Little more context for any concerned prospective guests: We use Google Nest Thermostat at the property which can be adjusted remotely. A hard copy of how to adjust the temperate is provided to guests. Unfortunately, I was only made aware of the issues at the time of checkout. Those could have been addressed easily for our guests comfort and ensuring a 5-start stay experience, which is what we strive for.

Great, stress-free place for a family!

We really enjoyed our visit! From the thoughtful welcome treats to the clear instructions, to the easy to use space, to the nice outdoor area, we enjoyed our time. Perhaps the most important aspect was that the house was not the center of focus for our trip: everything was thoughtfully laid out, clean and in working order so we didn’t have to think too much about it. Everything was intuitive - so much so that it felt like the host was a mind reader: coffee? Check. Things for the kids to do? Check? Thermostat? Windows? Lights? Kitchen equipment? Check! Not having to do a list of chores before check out- just normal pick-up? Priceless. Definitely rated as one of our best VRBO experiences in the area because it was just so clean and easy. We are already hoping by to book again the next time we’re in town.

Book Now Before It’s Gone!

We have stayed at numerous properties throughout the United States and abroad. Litchfield Manor is a gem! It is well maintained, clean, well equipped and central to amenities. The children enjoyed playing the manny games at the property, and walks to the adjacent parks. The adults enjoyed having grocery stores, restaurants and pubs within a mile.

Excellent!

This home was perfect, it had plenty of room and a beautiful yard to sit back and relax. It had all the amenities described in the description. The house was very clean! The neighborhood was very quiet and close to many shopping areas and restaurants.
