The location of this property was really good - walking distance to things we wanted to do in the city. Overall communication was good, though a bit of a hiccup getting the full details for entry on time, and no booklet on hand in the apartment with details about where to find things like the gym, etc. There were also a few basic items missing that I would have expected to have on hand that would have made the stay a little more convenient (eg, nothing to wash dishes with, no plug for the sink and no dishwasher detergent), and some of the blinds in the main bedroom area are missing letting in a lot of light at sleep time). All things that are easily addressed though. Would stay again if so :-)

Great area for exploring Uptown CLT

Apartment was clean, cozy, and located in a great area. Bars and restaurants located at the complex and it's an easy safe walk to Center City. Would definitely stay here again.

Could have been better

The location of the property was perfect, easy parking, near charlotte, it was a nice facility. The stay was not as nice. For starters both of the beds were incredibly firm, the firmest I’ve ever felt, let alone slept on. Also all of the soaps in the shower were out, which was very disappointing. The pool was also closed, when online it said pool was open year. Overall Charolette was great, but the room could have been a lot better, made for some very uncomfortable sleeping.
