2 Bedroom/ 2Bath with bay view and pet friendly

Enjoy this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor at Phoenix on the Bay II. Sip your favorite beverage while on the large balcony that overlooks Terry Cove Bay and the gorgeous grounds and pool area. The view is Fantastic! Spend the day floating along the "Lazy River" or relaxing by the pool. The little ones will enjoy the kiddie pool also. After a day in the sun, have a cookout in the large barbecue area and watch the boats come in and out of the marina. The indoor pool and hot tubs await you on those cooler days. It also offers a state of the art Fitness center if you feel the need for some exercise.

Phoenix on the Bay II is located about 4 miles from the Wharf which offers excellent shopping, movie theater, entertainment and a great concert venue.

***Parking is purchased upon arrival and cost $55 per car. Reservations longer than 30 days will require an additional parking pass to be purchased for each car every 30 days. Wristbands are required to be worn while on the property.***

*** Small Dogs are Welcome. Complex will require an additional fee of $250 as well with $100 refunded after leash lead is returned. This fee is separate from the pet fee that's charged on VRBO which is my personal pet fee.***

Amazing Stay

We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to go back! No crowds and the bay view was beautiful. The lazy river was all we wanted to do everyday, so relaxing! The condo was updated and very nice. All new appliances and the master walk in shower was huge. We will be back! Quentin was the manager and he was so helpful during our stay.

Perfection

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was immaculant as well as the entire facility. Our children are basically adults at 17 & 22 and they loved the lazy river, walking the dock, and just hanging out in our condo when we were done for the day. I can’t say enough about this gorgeous spot and Jodi the owner.
