Pet Friendly condo with great location just steps away from dog walk area!

Enjoy this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo located on the1st floor at Phoenix on the Bay II. Complex overlooks Terry Cove Bay and has a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Spend the day floating along the Lazy River or relaxing by the pool. The little ones will enjoy the kiddie pool also. After a day in the sun, have a cookout in the large barbecue area and watch the boats come in and out of the marina. The indoor pool and hot tubs await you on those cooler days. It also offers a state of the art Fitness center if you feel the need for some exercise.

Phoenix on the Bay II is located about 4 miles from the Wharf which offers excellent shopping, movie theater, entertainment and a great concert venue.

***Parking is purchased upon arrival and cost $55 per car. Reservations longer than 30 days will require an additional parking pass to be purchased for each car every 30 days. Wristbands are required to be worn while on the property.***

*** Small Dogs are Welcome. The complex will require an additional fee of $250 as well with $100 refunded after their leash lead is returned. This is separate from the pet fee charged here on VRBO which is my personal pet fee***

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our week in Orange Beach at this lovely condo. We appreciated the ground floor level as we had our dog with us and this made it easy to take her in and out. There was some confusion on our part with check in, but our host was just a phone call away and able to advise us. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We would certainly stay here again.

Bike trails and pet friendly. All as promised.

We didn’t want a high rise as we just didn’t want to hassle with the elevators with our bicycles. We have a small dog who travels with us and loves to go in a carrier for bike rides. This was all as represented. Perfect for us, thanks. Quick bike ride to lots of pet friendly restaurants. Quiet side of the Orange Beach area. Amazing bike trails…complete with tortoises, alligators, eagles, and an armadillo.

Phoenix on the Bay 2.

This was like a home away from home. Condo was beautiful and kitchen was well stocked to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. It was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and so convenient to bring our little dog. Our host Jodi Priefer was fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about her. We will definitely be back. This was our first time staying on the bay side and we loved it!
