The Bay House Condos are conveniently found right in the heart of this coastal town! This charming community across from Little Bay offers three swimming pools for guest-use only, tennis courts, plenty of parking space for vehicles and boat trailers, and access to Little Bay and Canoe Lake. Bay House Condos #2105 - Casita de la Bahia is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath condo that overlooks the canal and designated boat slip.

The living area features an open floor plan with a large sectional sofa. Guests will have access to cable television and streaming apps on the Smart TV. Casita de la Bahia has a fully stocked kitchen having all the essentials you will need to jumpstart your vacation, including a Keurig coffee maker and all the main kitchen utensils, appliances, and dinnerware. Enjoy an afternoon entertaining family at friends with bar seating for 3 or cook up a feast to enjoy at the large dining room table with seating for up to 8 people.

This condo will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests with a downstairs primary bedroom that offers a king-sized bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom upstairs includes a king-sized bed and a television with cable TV access. The third bedroom, also found upstairs, has 2 twin bunk beds and wall-mounted television. The bedrooms upstairs will share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom set up with a walk-in shower.

The back patio table is the perfect spot to start your day and enjoy coffee while watching the sun come up. This excellent location offers several fun amenities for families, friends, and Winter Texans. Bay House Condos #2105 - Casita de la Bahia is dog friendly; we love our fur babies! Our first stay

The property was nice, clean and was good location. Short distance away from everything we wanted. The area also offered other activities after day at beach; pool, fishing and tennis court to play pickleball. We definitely will rent again the same unit if we come to the area. Perfect for our family of 6. Only thing would have been nice is to have kayaks, one or 2 available to uaw as we don't own or have way to get them to bring down. It would allowed us to explorer and fish little away from the pier. But definitely did not define our experience.

Overall good

There were issues with getting into the condo, getting into the pool area and in comparison to other stays in that area, the condo is ok. Upstairs maintains a much warmer temperature than the downstairs but overall enjoyed our time together

Our stay

Everything was ok except we were out of water for 4 hours (city waterline) ice machine didn’t work and refrigerator didn’t keep items cold. Towel holder was about to fall off in downstairs bathroom. Everything else was great. Owners offered to come and fix it all but it should have been fixed before we arrived.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

We absolutely loved the condo and location! There was plenty of room for all 8 guests. It is very close to town and a very short drive to the beach. The property is very well kept, quiet, and clean. I would highly recommend this listing, and we can’t wait to go back!
