Fenced In Back Yard - Hot tub - King Bed

Our newly renovated home is the perfect place for your group whether its family vacation, friends reunion or bachelor/bachelorette trip. We are in a prime location with only 3 minutes to Walmart, Restaurants, etc

One of my favorite things about this home is an indoor fireplace, fenced in back yard with a campfire area, Hot tub, indoor fireplace and lots of string lights to make it feel like home. We also have a deck that is level with the main floor of the home with outdoor seating and dining.

SPACE INCLUDES:
- Kitchen has Basics for cooking and baking provided
- (2) 55" Smart Tvs
- Electric Fireplace in Main Living Room
- Hot Tub
- Kids Toy Room
- Campfire Area

HOME LAYOUT:
When walking through the front door you can either go up 6 steps to the main floor or go down 7 steps to the basement.

You have access to the entire home except for the garage.

**Keep in mind since this home is located along Rt 30 so there is potential for traffic noise. We have a noise maker in the hallway closet for you to use if needed.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.

We really enjoyed our stay there . The only disadvantage is the loud highway . Other than that it’s a great location and very nice place . We loved the fenced in backyard and hot tub . Would def recommend staying there .

I loved the location of this house. It was close to all Lancaster attractions. The only problem was that it was off the highway, and it was noisy at night. Just take your white noise machine. It helps! The house was clean and spacious. It has all that is needed. We truly enjoyed our family time. We definitely want to go back!
