For my birthday six of us stayed here. We loved the large dining room table for sharing meals and playing games. Plenty of room in the living room for watching a movie. Our favorite was the enclosed porch since it was spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and the host brought us whippy pies! It's a nice quiet neighborhood where lots of Amish horse and buggies are passing by regularly but it's a great place to stay not far from Lancaster outlets and downtown. We were in town for Christmas and my sister's wedding and it was so nice to have such a great place to stay through the craziness of the holiday and wedding planning. Thankful they had a small Christmas tree too!

Everything was perfection! Spotless, very comfortable with a sweet and warm welcome from our host Ms. Verna. The Berry House is exceedingly spacious. The house was the perfect layout for our family. It's in a beautiful country setting but still close to area shops, restaurants and sight and sound. The house was clean and we weren't afraid to take our shoes off, unlike some places we've been.
