Stay Away! The worst experience Iv ever had!
I was moved to another property the second night we were there due to the heat not working at the booked property. We were told that the property we were being moved to was much nicer, a gated community, and so many more untrue things. When we arrive it literally looks like someone had been moving there. There was Spoiled food in the fridge, no towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, or any of the expected items. Because we were waiting on our house to move in we decided to just extend and not have to moved again. When I asked to extend I was told that I would have to pay the nightly rate of the property we were lived to PLUS was charged per person, additional cleaning and booking fees. This is not how that should have ever been handled and after my entire day was spent go in g back and forth with the so called property manger I realized she had no ideas what she was doing!!!! Also an employee of hers would randomly come to the property and go into the downstairs room which is so unprofessional and wrong in so many ways. I tried to help her understand how and why things should be handled and she acted like she didn’t know basic math!!! Stay away. The property was nothing like it was explain to me and there was no gate I don’t know what or where they got that from but it certainly was nothing like they said. You would think when you’re starting a business she would have great customer service in at least understand that the initial booking was a certain price and if someone wanted to extend that all you had to do all my life on the property and that was adjust the nightly rate and for some reason she just could not understand that and my entire stay was aggravation.
