It was a very nice place to stay, close to the beach, and parking was easy. We didn’t have any problems while we were there and the condo was nice and clean! We would definitely stay there again! Instruction for arrival and departure were easy to follow!
The property was in a nice peaceful area, parking was easy and walking to the beach was only steps away!

Last minute family getaway
We decided last minute to book a quick trip for Memorial Day weekend. The unit was decorated nicely and was clean. Worked out perfectly for our family.
Really nice property with recent updates. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—right on the beach and close to great dining and shops. The only downside was that the dryer in the unit wasn’t working, which we discovered at the last minute. Overall, we had an amazing and relaxing family vacation!
The stay was perfect! We had a great long week! Walk to the beach was super convenient Only con was the dryer being out of service but there is a dryer around the corner I walked to to dry! Other than that everything was great!
It was clean and just the right size for us. I did not like that the washer and dryer was out of order or that they only provide one roll of tissue per stay.
This was our first beach vacation. Nice location, comfortable accommodations, but the outside was not appealing. Door to trash dumpster left open, elevator smelt like urine and access to the front door was a pain! Secondary bedroom’s ceiling fan was broken. VRBO’s fee is overpriced.
Very nice. Living room could use another chair. Also, grandson has a hard time walking so is on his hands and knees a lot and they were black. Floors could have used a good mopping. Otherwise, we loved it and we are coming back in July.

Ken - Thank you for the feedback provided and we will address these items. I am so glad you all enjoyed your trip to the beach and we hope to host again!
Our condo was clean and had all the amenities that were needed like towels, pots and pans and even a washer and even though the dryer wasn't working in the room there was a commercial dryer that was easy to use on the same floor. I'm not sure if the listing said it or not but you get a partial ocean view and the main suite bathroom was very small and if you have large hands it was difficult to wash them under the faucet in that bathroom as well because there was little to no space between the faucet and the sink and the way in which the doors opened and closed in that bathroom was unusual. We had to push the doors for them to open and this required some strength but with that being said those things did not stop us in any way from enjoying the place or our stay. We were right on the beach and parking was great and we were close to shops and restaurants and all the guest we encountered were friendly and Gulf House provided our family with a very peaceful and fun vacation.
