Thank you for staying with us. When checking out, please strip the used beds and gather the used towels, etc. and place on the floor of the laundry room - 2nd floor.
Any dishes used, please load/start the dishwasher. No pots or pans. Dishwasher tablets are located underneath the sink. Please empty the trash throughout the house and place in the green trash bin.
Please collect all/any personal items. When leaving the house, be sure that the doors are locked, lights are off, and the key is returned to the lock box. Any questions, please call - 540-744-5246

I could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from veterinary school!! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the cozy living spaces to the fully equipped kitchen. The location was ideal being so close to Virginia Technology and had a beautiful playground a short walk away. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making the whole experience seamless. This home made our cerebration extra special, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay! Many thanks Matt & Brittany!

Beautiful Home for College Graduation

This Home was beautiful and very clean, im very picky about where i stay and i was very comfortable staying here and the owner Matt even went out and bought a grill so we could bbq, he went above and beyond because i was going to bring my own grill, i really appreciated that, i will definately stay here again I will have another Radford Graduate in 4 yrs

Graduation weekend

We stayed the weekend for the Virginia Maryland Veterinary College graduation. My wife and i, two adult children their spouses and three young grandchildren. The house exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The rooms were large and spacious, bigger than what the photos suggested. Especially the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.Great location, just 10 minutes from Virginia Tech, in a very nice neighborhood, with a public park and playground right behind the house.The house was clean, well equipped and communication with the owner very easy.We have been coming to the Virginia Tech area for the past 13 years for graduations, football games and other events. I wish we had found this house sooner. Would definitely stay here again.
