This 2400 sqft home is surrounded by nature on our 5+ acre property, which gives you plenty of privacy. Paw Paw lake golf club is right across the street. This home is fully renovated in 2022 and has all the amenities you may need during your stay. The spacious backyard patio has a lounging and dining area. Along with outdoor amenities, there is a fire pit lounging area where you can enjoy s'mores and stargazing. Plenty of complimentary firewood onsite.

The Space

This property is fully provided with bed linens, towels, and beach towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
3 bedrooms are located on one side of the home while 4th bedroom/bonus room is on the other side for kids to gather, it has 2 twin beds, a pull-out queen sofa, and twin size rollaway bed.
The family room with a large plush couch and a wood-burning fireplace is perfect for cozying up on cool evenings.
The open-floor kitchen and dining area have everything for making family meals. There is also a large Weber grill outside.
The sauna room has a lounge area to relax and direct access to the hot tub area.
You'll get access to the entire house and limited access to the garage, where you can find ping pong table ,beach chairs, a cooler and etc. there.

This property conveniently sits between St. Joseph (15 min) and South Haven (20 min).
Bittersweet Ski Mountain (50 min drive) is perfect for a winter getaway.
Four Winds Casino (10 min drive).
Paw Paw Lake is an all-sports lake and it is around the corner where you can fish or launch your boat, kayak, or paddle board.

Forest Beach Park at Paw Paw Lake is perfect for sunsets. (1 mile)
Hagar Park /Beach ( 8.8 miles)
Silver beach, Lions Park, Triscornia Park, and Jean Klock Park beaches (12 miles).
Great news for vine lowers! There is plenty of vineries nearby (10 vineries within 15 miles).
Alpaca farm in Paw Paw , MI offers farm tours, and workshops and has a gift shop(20min drive)
Local breweries, groceries store, farm stands, and U-Pick farms are nearby as well.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Outdoor video security is for the safety of our home and our guests. We have 5 actively recording cameras surrounding outside of the property which records video. There's also a smart home device by the front door entrance, this DOORBELL CAMERA is motion active and records video and voice decibel levels. All devices are on the exterior of the property. There are absolutely no cameras inside the house.

House rules:

By renting this property you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 11 persons. Must book for a total number of guests staying/ visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest per night. We don't allow more than 11 people on our premises.

2. The primary renter has to be at least 25 years of age. No parties, weddings, or other events are allowed.

3. There are 5 outside cameras around the house and a Ring video door camera. No cameras inside the house. Blocking or disconnecting cameras or Wi-Fi will lead to eviction and a $1000.00 fine.

4. Renter and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger(fireworks), or inconvenience neighbors nor use premises for any unlawful purposes.

5. We do not allow late checkout. There will be a charge of $25/15 min after 10 am.

6. Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.

7. No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the home. $500 fine if a home smells like smoke.
Please no burning candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules.

8. Maximum of 6 people in the hot tub at the time. Please rinse off body oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITHOUT A ADULT SUPERVISION. Please close and secure the hot tub lid when not in use. There is scattered-proof glassware and cups if needed.

9. Please keep patio umbrellas down when not in use and overnight.

10. Please report any issues that occur right away.

11. Please keep the thermostat HEAT setting at a maximum of 75 degrees and the minimum AC setting at 68 degrees.

12. You and your guests are using our home at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
