Welcome to Lakeside Retreat! Enjoy a peaceful stay at this wonderful lake house, in the best location on the whole lake. This house is located in Downsville, LA, right on Lake Darbone. Plenty of sleeping arrangements and the house is equipped with everything you will need during the stay. The floating dock is one of the best amenities on the whole property, and also has great fishing on the pier, along with great space for entertainment. The house also has a private boat launch. Fish cleaning station with fresh water. There are 2 boat lifts that will fit pontoons, bass and ski boats. It will not fit tritoons! Beautiful views and outstanding sunrises!

Family weekend

My family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this property. It has all the conveniences of home with plenty of room for us all to spread out. The kids were even bragging how great this place was!
