There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and
inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.

POOL: CURRENTLY ONLY $20 (HALF OFF) **PLEASE NOTE** that the heating system for the pool is available as an optional service, which incurs an additional fee. Should you desire to utilize the pool heating system, a daily charge of $40 will apply.
It is essential to mention that this fee will be automatically applied to all days of your booking period. In other words, if your reservation spans multiple nights and you choose to avail yourself of the pool heating system, the charge will be calculated by multiplying the daily rate of $40 by the total number of nights. For instance, if you have booked a three-night stay and wish to utilize the heating system, the total cost would amount to $120 ($40 x 3 nights).

Furthermore, it is important to note that once the heating system is activated, it operates automatically between the hours of 11am and 5pm.

SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided upon your arrival:
~3 trash bags
~1 small dishwashing liquid
~1 dishwashing detergent
~1 laundry detergent (good for one load)
~1 paper towel roll
~1 toilet paper roll/bathroom
*Each bathroom has a hair dryer.

*There is an iron and ironing board located in the laundry room next to the washer and dryer as well as a fire extinguisher.

*The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, bowls, pots, pans, cooking utensils and silverware. There is also a Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and a large air fryer (please clean after every use).

*This home is family friendly: Pack-n-play, high-chair, and kid friendly utensils provided. Board games and pool toys are available to use as well.

*We do have a pet fee of $50/pet, up to 3 pets maximum, 30lb limit/pet!*

TRASH: There is valet service for garbage collection. Please enclose the garbage in 13-gallon trash bags and place the trash bags inside the bins located outside on the side of the house.

PARKING: There is no garage parking available at the moment. Guests will park in the main driveway, up to 2 vehicles. Please do not park in the street as your vehicle may be towed.

CAMERAS: Our home is equipped with an outdoor security camera located on the driveway that captures and records OUTDOOR video only, there is also a Ring doorbell camera outside near the front door. There are no recording devices in the home or on the pool deck.

HOUSE RULES:

- No parties or events

- No smoking or vaping

- No mailing allowed (sending or receiving)

- No unauthorized guests
