The Crescent 402 is a beautiful condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. Relaxation awaits just steps inside this peaceful retreat filled with comfortable furnishings. Take in breathtaking views from the living room, with two couches providing plenty of seating for your whole crew. Unwind with a good book, catch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or gather around the dining room table for a fun board game. When hunger sets in, you’ll find everything needed in the kitchen to create delightful dishes and quick snacks to enjoy at the beach and pool. Cozy bedding welcomes you after days of fun in the sun, providing a welcome respite at day’s end. Retire to the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a garden tub. The guest suite features a twin bed and the sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements. Start each day with morning coffee on the private balcony, showcasing breathtaking views and ocean breezes. Accessible from both the living room and the master suite, it’s the perfect beginning to the perfect day. A stackable washer and dryer is a welcome convenience, making cleanups quick and easy.

Start the day off at the beach, just steps away! The kids will have a ball building sandcastles, looking for seashells, and playing in the emerald waters. Catch some rays, take a stroll, then head back and cool off at the community pools. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 5 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
