The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Ninja Foodi 9-in-1 Digital Air Fry, blender, along with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc Balcony is great for your morning coffee A blow up queen bed is available for the living room if you have extra guests. Guests have full access to the building common areas, including lobby, a 7th floor rooftop pool, use of an outdoor BBQ, and a gym Cozy Condo in the heart of Zona Romatica Steps to the ocean and El Malecón (Boardwalk). Indulge in French pasteries at Paris Café Pâtisseries which is only steps away. Walk to Pancho's Tacos for some of the best tacos around. Enjoy an abundance of Restaurants and Bars that are minutes from your door step. Walk to Muelle de Playa Los Muertos to take a water taxi to YELAPA or other bay beaches. We enjoyed this 2 bdrm apartment 1/2 block from the beach/ocean. The design is modern and fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The linens and towels were lovely. The washer and dryer so convenient. The AC worked perfectly. And location is prime for walking, eating, and shopping. We definitely recommend this rental to couples or families!

Beautiful Condo in a perfect location

I was wanting to rate the condo a zero for selfish reasons. When word get out the place will book quickly. Beautiful condo with views of the ocean from the deck. Fully stocked with everything one needs for their time in Mexico. The rooftop pool was perfect. Check in / out was easy an Eric is excellent to work with. Will stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location and clean property.

The home was very comfortable and clean. The location is very close to the beach and downtown. Only negatives are we had to wait for inspection of the unit which included checking each light switch, microwave, walls, etc…in many years of renting, never heard of or experienced that and seemed excessive. We also left our bags at reception upon checkout to find the receptionist left for day with bags unattended and nobody to let us back into secured lobby.

Frustrating check in - Overall good trip

I would have given this review five stars as the condo was well stocked and close to all the shops and restaurants, but we had a hiccup with the check in process. There was no condo name listed with the address, so we had to go to a few different buildings to find the correct one. The property manager for our unit did not know we were coming, so no one was there to check us in. Another property manger for the building was able to help get ahold of our property manager and he finally showed up to let us into the unit. Then we found out the AC did not work, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. I guess we were the first ones to rent this unit. The property owner was kind enough to give us a refund for our first night for all the hassle.
