A quiet coldesac in a top-rated surf destination in Central America

Welcome to Brilliant Retreat, Tamarindo! This is a quiet, relaxing home on top of the hill, with a view to Langosta Beach. Walk down the hill to restaurants and shopping, or another 5 minutes to the beach itself. Very spacious for 10 guests. 12 if you're friendly with each other.

This is a full free-standing home on top of a hill overlooking the ocean in Tamarindo. It is walking distance from everything from Langosta to the north side of Tamarindo (20-minute walk each). The closest beach to the home is the central Tamarindo beach, where everyone wants to go: 10-15 minute walk, depending on your fitness level.

Sometime you see monkeys, lizards, toucans, hummingbirds, and other wildlife in our garden.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with ensuite bathrooms. The fourth has a bathroom right outside its door. There is a fifth bathroom in the garage in case the other 4 are occupied! Every bedroom has a view of something: 3 with ocean/mountain views, and the fourth the garden/pool area. The 3 upstairs bedrooms all have balconies with views.

Parking is plentiful! A garage for 2 cars, a driveway for 2-3 more, and paved parking out front for 2 more. For fit hikers, this house is very walkable to all of Tamarindo and Langosta. Because the house is on a hill, if you have folks who are not fit, it is suggested to have a car or golf cart.

For parties, there's a great space right across the street: Mother Earth Vegan hotel, with a great bar, restaurant, and pool area!
