This ranch-style home offers plenty of space for the entire family or group of friends and your furry friends, with 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas. Enjoy a game room in the basement with a pool table, foosball, and multiple smart TV's throughout!

As you enter this traditional Colorado Springs home, enjoy the cozy living room with a Smart TV, where you can relax with friends and family! Off the living room there is a full kitchen with all your cooking needs and enjoy the gorgeous brick walls from the home's era! Want to cook outside, no problem head out on the back deck, where you will find the BBQ, a nice-sized table, and chairs with an outdoor heater for those chilly evenings/mornings! On the main level, there are three comfortable bedrooms two of them have a Queen with smart TVs and the 3rd with a twin/twin bunk bed. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Our stay

We had a great time while there. I would say the house needs some work. The grill was not ready to be grilled on. We ate all our meals there and the kitchen is not stocked for that. There are no large pots or pans for cooking. There are no large bowls to store leftovers. Lastly, the trash cans situation is not well thought out. There should be a minimum of two trash receptacles. If the house is offering that eight adults could stay there. We created a lot of trash and since pick up day is not until Thursday and we arrived on Monday. The receptacle was already filled so we already had trash that was for the first four days and that filled the trash receptacle as soon as it was empty by the city. Otherwise the house was fine and we made it work.

Not worth the price

First impression- I called with an early check in request, this was granted. We arrived to the house within 30 minutes of being told the cleaners had finished. The house did not smell clean.The house smelt like a pet store, so badly that we went and bought air freshners and wall plug ins. The carpet is a light tan color and has stains all the way down the hall. We had 9 guests and required the sofa sleeper.There was no extra bedding for it I reached out to the host and they sent the housekeeper to the house with a brand new set of sheets and a fuzzy blanket. The yard was unkept with weeds above the knees. I did message the host and asked them to have it cleaned up so our kids could play in the backyard. They did send someone to mow and weedwhip. With 9 people and a 7 day stay it would have been nice to have at least 1 garbage bag, dishwasher tab and laundry pod per day. Luckily there was a dollar store not far from the house. Basement and the upstair shower were the best part of the house.

Colorado trip

The kids loved the basement and the streaming on the tv! The house was older and needs some updates, but for the price it seems reasonable. The yard did need to be maintained. The grass was long so we were not able to use the yard. We arrived at dusk so we felt nervous with the neighborhood, however, after awhile we realized it is just an older area. Also, by reading the listing I thought we would be close to everything and it seemed like we were about 20 mins to all places. The positive is there was not very much traffic so it was not bad.

We enjoyed our stay, close to shopping, restaurants and local entertainment. The house is older but well kept and the game room was nice, we enjoyed our evening together there.
