Palazzo 1708 is a gorgeous corner condo with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to eight. Stunning interiors and beautiful furnishings welcome you for days of leisure. Living and dining areas are spacious and bright, while bedrooms and bathrooms encourage rest and relaxation. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and you’ll find plenty of areas to take it all in. Unwind in the living room on the cozy sofa and chairs, or gather around the dining room table for a board game. Snack on appetizers at the breakfast bar with seating for four while the chef of the group whips up tasty treats for everyone to enjoy. Lounge on the expansive private balcony accessible from multiple rooms, all affording beautiful views for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Generous, comfortable bedrooms are welcome after long days exploring, each equipped with flat-screen TVs. Settle into the master suite with a king-sized bed or the guest suite with a queen-sized bed, while the kids take the twin beds in the third suite. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements, while a full-sized washer and dryer are welcome conveniences.

-Parking is $40.00 per vehicle and you'll find parking in the on-site garage. Take any available space that is not marked.

-Parking garage (maximum clearance is 6'10" - SUVs, vans, minivans, and other recreational type vehicles with car top luggage carriers will not make the 7' clearance. The gate will flash yellow light indicating the vehicle is too tall and the gate will not open. Guests with these vehicles must park in the parking lot across the street.) No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis.

-Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay.

-Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property.

Terrible experience

Stayed in this unit in prior years, but this year was terrible. No access to amenities including pool and hot tub. Balconies were not accessible due to building painting, lessee claimed they notified us but did not, maintenance was in our room multiple times due to building painting, very inconvenient, owner claimed they would make it right but have not to date. Very inconvenient and unacceptable.

I’ve stayed in many units at palazzo and love this facility. This particular unit is on the west end and usually the nicest units. Unfortunately this unit wasn’t as nice as others I’ve stayed in. The couch was very stained and worn, the coffee table is covered in water rings( no coasters available) the big sliding door to the balcony has a broken latch and a piece of metal that falls off every time you slide the door open. The worst thing is there are no curtains or blinds on all the glass in the den, it’s the west end unit, so when the sun is setting, the room is blinding. The den tv isn’t a smart tv, but the bedrooms are. There is no kurig for coffee So none of this is the end of the world, this unit just needs some TLC to be up to the level of other units in this facility Something not related to this unit, palazzo has always been a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Guards frequently came by the pool area to make sure things were safe. This year was different, there was a group of adults, drunk, loud , and obnoxious… they ran everyone out of the pool area. I never saw an attendant during my entire stay.

Check with the facility itself instead of the property management company on if amenities are open or not. We specifically needed a place with a pool for our kids. Once arriving onsite, we were told by other guests that the pool has been closed for MONTHS (since November 2022, we booked February 2023)! Management company first said they were unaware of this pool being closed at all but then later said it was scheduled to be re-opened after construction finished the week we were checking in. We got zero use out of the pool and ended up going off site and spending more money to keep kids entertained, as they don’t like swimming in the ocean 100% of the time. Construction finished and the pool opened late morning/early afternoon on our very last day. I would be skeptical of booking with this management company just for purely not disclosing such information at the time of booking. What else would they not disclose going forward? Oh! And for the trouble, they offered a small refund. Have yet to see it and they won’t respond to me any more. Renter beware!
