"Wine Down" is the west side of a beautiful Ocean Front Duplex located in the less crowded area of Holden Beach! The home offers you private beach access at your doorstep with exquisite views of the Atlantic Ocean, the ICW and Tidal Marsh! The home is bright and spacious with many amenities! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. A spacious Master Suite upstairs offers a king size bed, streaming TV, and a large private balcony just perfect for catching the salty breezes off the dunes. Bedroom #3 is located on the second floor offering a queen size bed with streaming TV. Bedroom #1 is located on the second floor facing the marsh offering excellent opportunities for wildlife sightings. This bedroom offers 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, 1 queen bed with 1 twin bunk bed overhead and streaming TV. Bedroom #2 is located downstairs, offering 1 full bed and 2 twin beds and streaming TV. A spacious living room, kitchen and dining area offers plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining inside, while enjoying the oceanfront views of the Atlantic. The kitchen is equipped with a stand alone ice maker for your coolers and drinks, a Keurig/drip coffeemaker combo, new stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to make homecooked meals. You can also maximize your outdoor vacation time by relaxing in the downstairs outdoor area that includes two hammocks, 8' picnic table and gas grill which includes free propane! Come join us in Holden Beach for some relaxing fun in the sun!

For 2024, a private, heated 8X12 Swim Spa is included. The Swim Spa is the perfect mini pool for family fun. It comfortably fits up to 9 adults and features 32 hydrotherapy jets for maximum massage. The hydrotherapy jets are positioned in each corner of the swim spa to target specific muscle groups. It also features a water propulsion system that creates a current that you can swim against which can be adjusted to customize the difficulty level.

This property is located at 811 Ocean Blvd West. Wine Down is on the west (right) side as you face the building from the street. The east (left) side is not a rental property and unavailable to rent.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty the refrigerator and cabinets of all food. Clean and return all dishes and utensils to their proper locations. Return any furniture or items you may have moved to its original location.
Sweep or clean excessive sand or dirt off. Wipe down counters and tables.
Remove bed linens, place them back in bags, and leave them downstairs. Leave used blankets and comforters on the floor. All remotes for TVs and fans are on the nightstands in their appropriate rooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not store fish or bait in the refrigerator or freezer. A $200 fee will be charged for professional cleaning if this rule is violated.
Indoor furniture must not be taken outside.
Pickup on Tuesday and Saturday Roll out trash bins the night before. Recycling is only picked up on Tuesdays. No littering, including cigarette butts

Beautiful beach house. We had a very pleasant stay and the kids loved the beach access and the hot tub. The house was in great shape and very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. At first, I was a bit concerned about the duplex kind of house but it was no issue. Mostly because we are a noisy family. The host was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Wine Down! Beautiful house with plenty of room, and only seconds from the ocean! The hot tub was huge! It sat our group and our feet didn’t knock each other! The two decks were great for enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset. The kitchen was well appointed which was great for our group as we like to cook at home and enjoy meals together, which also worked well cause the kitchen table seats 8-10. The hosts were very friendly and great communicating before during and after our trip. Holden Beach is quiet and peaceful, perfect for families to escape and just enjoy the beach in peace and quiet. This was one of our favorite vacations and we will definitely be back at Wine Down!

Lovely stay

House was wonderful, exactly as pictured, and there is nothing better than being able to walk out your door and directly on the beach. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The pool spa was a super nice touch!
