This Condo is a spacious 3BR/2B floorplan with a full kitchen, dining room/living room, a huge dine in balcony plus comfy furniture to sit and enjoy the view of the beach with dolphins and seabirds passing by.

Only a block away… The Key West Style Conch Republic restaurant and Local Favorite Sage Cafe breakfast and lunch nook plus “My Happy Place” Tiki Bar with Deli fresh sandwiches and salads are all only a block away… Plus the Frog Pond Restaurant, Beach Liquors and Beachfront Fitness are located just 1 more block away.
There are so many other restaurants and attractions just minutes away at John’s Pass Boardwalk, Clearwater, Indian Rocks, Madiera Beach and St Pete Pier…
There are just too many close by fun trips to list… pick from Shelling Excursions, Dolphin Watching and Sunset Cruises, Jet Ski and Boat Rentals plus more dining/fun spots from Beach Bars to Fine Dining.
