We enjoyed our stay. The location was nice. Several fun places were walkable and the bed was comfortable. April was easy to communicate with and was able to let us check in a bit early.

Unfortunately, we encountered a significant cockroach problem during our stay. Everything appeared okay when we checked in, but after dark, we turned on the lights and found cockroaches throughout the apartment—including on our shoes and luggage, the kitchen counters, the living-room floor, the walls, and in the bathroom. Within only a few minutes, we observed more than 10 small cockroaches consistent in appearance with German cockroaches just in the living room, as well as several larger cockroaches. After reviewing the issue, Vrbo customer support characterized it as an “infestation.”We also did not feel comfortable in the immediate area, and considering what we paid, the stay was extremely poor value. The cockroach problem was severe enough that we considered leaving for a hotel at 3 a.m., but we were concerned about finding last-minute accommodations that would accept our dog.Based on our experience, we would not recommend staying here.

Great option for Raleigh!

This apartment is a cute, clean option for staying in Raleigh. April made sure it was well stocked with the necessities, and it was comfortable for our very short stay. I will say that the noises from upstairs neighbors can be heard fairly easily, but fortunately this didn't keep us from getting a good night's sleep. Parking was super easy, and the apartment is on the second floor (no elevator access) - this could make getting heavy luggage up the stairs a bit of a challenge, but for short stays or for strong people, this is a great option!

Good location..couple issues

Location was great along with parking availability. I don’t know if I’d classify the couch as a sleeping area. It was barely comfortable as a couch, but we did attempt to sleep on it…once. The shower faucet also took some effort. Looked like it was jerry rigged in.
