A peaceful retreat where you can hear the ocean waves from your king size bed. Sunrise and sunset views from your lanai. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Milowai complex has a heated pool with BBQ`s and a small library for guests use. There is a 5-mile uninterrupted stretch of beach for a great morning stroll. Views of Haleakala, Molokini, Kahoolawe, turtles, and whales from December to March. 0.2 miles away is the Aquarium, Mini Golf, shopping, dining, snorkel tours, and hiking.
Maalaea`s central location makes it simple to visit Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kihei, Wailea, Paia, Kapalua, and is located 9 miles south of the airport, 8 miles from Costco, and 7 miles from Target.

Located near the Maalaea Harbor with so much to see and do. Centrally located for many of the activities on Maui.
A short 20 minute drive from the Airport which has many rental car agencies. Access to the bus service that services the island is also convenient.
This unit has one king bed with full linens and an Italian sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo sleeps four comfortably.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT –
1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT - Check-in time is 4 p.m. Hawaii time & Check-out time is 11 a.m. Hawaii time. Late check-out will result in an additional charge unless arrangements are made IN WRITING.
2. NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING unit.
3. NO PETS - Pets are not permitted
4. Hawaii State Taxes: the tax rate is always subject to change, by the State of Hawaii. We are mandated to collect these taxes and pay them. Therefore, if the tax rate changes prior to your dates of stay, we will need to collect any additional taxes due prior to your arrival.
5. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation of a reservation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date may forfeit the full advance payment. Refund eligibility and processing times may vary depending on the platform through which your reservation was made (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, or direct booking). that result in shortened stay or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We recommend trip insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or changes. If you are due a refund, a 9% fee will be charged due to credit card charges. A refund will be issued within 72 days (M-F). We have no control over the amount of time the credit card takes to issue the check.
6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests for the agreed upon rate in this unit is four (4).
7. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time clean linen/towel setup. Maid service is available at an additional cost. If you are interested, please let us know in advance. However, laundry/dish soap and enough paper products to last a few days are provided. Guests must purchase additional paper products as needed but need not re-stock at check-out.
8. RATE CHANGES - Rates are subject to change without notice but will not be changed on any reservation already confirmed.
9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretenses of any kind will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. If discovery of false pretenses are discovered after check-in, party will be evicted without a refund of any monies.
10. PARKING – Assigned parking stall number is 60
11. RULES - In addition to the conditions of this Rental Agreement, guests are required to obey any rules put forth by the resort. Pay particular attention to the rules posted in the Pool area regarding food and glass.
12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS - Tenants shall be responsible for their personal belongings and agree to hold the Owners harmless for any loss due to theft, or damages to or by them while occupying the unit.
13. INSECT CLAUSE: Hawaii has one of the most enjoyable ecosystems on earth, and insects are a part of that system. We try to control this natural occurrence by regularly spraying for insects. The most common pests that may find their way into the property include ants, small beetles, gnats, mosquitos, geckos, and even cockroaches. Naturally, it is a good idea to keep the doors closed while enjoying our island, but that will not necessarily eliminate all occurrences of insects. We do not offer refunds or adjustments for pest control issues. If you notice a problem, please call Holly so we can handle it.
By booking with us, each adult guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and will abide by the terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement.
