Start packing for a vacation to remember at The Crescent 105, a beautiful condo in Miramar Beach! It’s everything you imagined in a beach getaway, with community pools, a hot tub, and just steps from the powder-soft sand the area is known for. Near shopping, dining, and more, this coastal retreat really does have it all!

The Crescent 105 is a cozy condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to eight. Steps inside the spacious open-concept living/dining area and your cares will drift away. Ease into comfortable furnishings in the living room and take in the lush landscaping and views of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico beyond. A beautifully appointed and fully stocked kitchen awaits, and you’ll find plenty of room to prepare delicious snacks for the pool or a picnic for the beach. Take in gentle ocean breezes from the comfort of your private balcony, accessible from both the living room and the master suite. Relax in the chaise lounge or enjoy coffee as each new day begins. Bedrooms are spacious and inviting and ready to welcome you after a day spent exploring the beautiful Emerald Coast. Retire to the master suite with an en suite bath and a garden tub or the guest suite, complete with two queen-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. A sofa bed is available in the living room, while a full-sized washer and dryer are welcome conveniences.

With so many amenities, it might be challenging to know where to begin. Grab a novel from the library and relax poolside on the deck. Private beach access will see you on the sugar-white sand in minutes, where you can play in the Gulf of Mexico, then soothe aching muscles in the hot tub as the sun sets over the horizon. Dine beachside at the Whale’s Tale, hit the Destin Commons for an afternoon of shopping, or escape to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, an entertainment district with restaurants, shops, and a kid zone with fun activities!

Love the location

This is our favorite place to stay. It was our first time to stay at this unit. We loved the access to the beach and the pool view. The condo had roaches. They came multiply times to spray but it put a damper on the trip. I was constantly sweeping or stomping bugs. They did tell me to be careful when we packed to come home that we didn’t bring any bugs with us. Thankfully that did not happen.
