Unit 043 - Fish Camp 015 - Pool - Community Boat Ramp - Cute as can be!

043 Fish Camp 15 - New on our program! Beautifully updated efficiency unit in a great location for boating, fishing, and access to shops & restaurants! Small studio space features sitting area with fold out sofa, flatscreen tv, and King bed. Adjacent is the fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar with stools, and stack washer/dryer. On the way to the full bath you pass through a space with twin over twin, a small dresser, and a closet. Throughout the home is a serene color palate that puts your right in vacation mode.

Boat Slip/Lift not available for renter use. Boats may be parked on-site and launched on-site at no extra charge.

Other community amenities include pool with covered cabana and fishing pier. Number of guests limited to 4 maximum.

Things to know about our Dauphin Island Rentals:
All linens are provided

You must be at least 25 years old to rent

Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 11% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver, optional travel insurance.

Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred during peak summer season. ADSFR Fishing Rodeo weekly rentals only.

Quiet location. Nice sunsets.

Clean and stocked with basic cooking supplies. We were a family of four and the space was adequate. The deck was very nice for eating and watching the sunset. The location was very quiet. The home was walkable to many places. We appreciated that there was salt, and spices. One suggestion would be a blender. All rental properties need a blender, but especially a beach vacation.

Almost perfect!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Perfect studio space for us. Very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. This was a fishing trip for us. We chose to stay here because we only needed space for 2 and for the boat launch access. I did not give this place 5 stars only because there was not adequate space for parking our boat trailer. The boat slips are not available to guests, which is fine. But, there should be a place for guests to park their boat trailer. Other than this slight inconvenience, this place was perfect for our needs!
