Beautiful Pines - Retreat to the beauty and quiet of this spacious ranch home nestled in a stand of pine trees. Enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing on the large wrap around deck. The fresh air and the smell of the pines is invigorating and soothing for the soul. It is a 6 - 8 minute drive to the Dreams Park.



Beautiful Pines is a 2200 square foot home featuring a great room with vaulted ceilings and pleasing contemporary décor. Families enjoy the easy flow between living, dining and kitchen areas. Hardwood flooring creates a warm ambiance in the great room. Large windows bring in natural sunlight.



This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, comfortably sleeping 7 people. A family room includes a large screen TV, seating area, a wet bar and a Foosball table. A peloton Bike is available for guest use - you will need to bring your own cycling shoes and log in

August Dreams Park Week

Super comfy beds! Well-stocked kitchen. Including condiments, spices, etc. tons of blankets. Comfy couches, tons of soft towels, games and things for kids to do. Even a peloton! Super easy drive to the baseball fields and restaurants. It was great to come home from a hot day watching baseball to the cool house and deck! The photos are very accurate!

We stayed at beautiful pines while our son attended a week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house location was very convenient, host was helpful with good communication, and scenery was beautiful. No complaints!

Well Stocked Home close to CDP!

A great place to stay that was 10 min from the park!! Really appreciated how stocked the place was with basics and was pleasantly surprised by the electric kettle. We were able to cool off between games, do laundry, and were close to many fantastic restaurants. Fans in every room was a huge plus! Would recommend!

Perfect spot for our trip to Dreams Park!

We came to Cooperstown for a week at Dreams Park and this was the perfect place for our family of 6 to enjoy the week! It's in a nice quiet location (we saw deer several times!) and only a 10 min drive from Dreams Park. Super close to restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store and other fun things for the family to do together. Lots of space for our family to spread out, the kids loved the foosball table, the big couch upstairs and all the seating in the kitchen. It was stocked with everything we needed for the week. We would 100% stay here again!

A Cooperstown Dream Come True

What an amazing trip! We came to Cooperstown to play in the Cooperstown Dream Park Tournament. The cabin was great! Spacious enough for 2 families to stay comfortably and close to the ballpark as well as downtown Cooperstown. I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay a week to book “Beautiful Pines”. Thank you again for an amazing week!
