We loved the pet friendly, quiet/private location, easy beach access, private pool, clean house, and nice golf cart to get around town. It was the perfect property, in the perfect location for our quick stay.

Beach Vacation

The house was beautiful with all the amenities of home and the added benefits of a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach, a big, beautiful pool and a golf cart to explore and check out shops and restaurants.

House was perfect! 2 minute walk to beach, kitchen had everything you could need, plenty of towels, pool was heated and deep at one end. Tons of seating everywhere in house

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful. It was just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. Perfect for any vacation. The only thing I wish I didn’t have to do when we arrived was take photos of the wear and tear as I didn’t want to be charged. But other than that this place was a gem and we will be back!

Great location

The location was perfect! Easy access to Rosemary and Seaside. Beach access was just across the street from the property, less than 5 min walk to the ocean. The property’s back yard was nice and the pool was the perfect size. The house itself was nice and had a good layout. The beds were very comfortable. However, there were some maintenance issues: washing machine didn’t work, the outdoor shower didn’t work, the pool light didn’t work, some light bulbs were burnt out, the stairway handle was loose(safety issue), the primary shower door handle and toilet roll handle were both loose.

Annual anniversary 30A vacation

We got married 2 years ago and had our honeymoon in seaside. So every year since we have have made it a tradition to go! We had an absolutely amazing time and much needed relaxing vacation. There were 4 adults and 1 dog. There was plenty of space, very close to the beach and beautiful walking and running location. We had a beautiful pool that we as heated when we were ready to have it heated with a fenced in oasis backyard that was amazing for the dog. We will come back and cannot wait to make more memories in this house!
