Enjoy this quaint 1 BR apartment in a family neighborhood in the Tree Streets historic district. The space is newly renovated, full of light, and is completely private and quiet - with an extra sleeper sofa. On the second floor. A short walk to the heart of JC or to the ETSU campus. This space is perfect for a single person, or a couple traveling with or without a child, and has everything you need to settle in for a night or two, or a week or two. Easy in, easy out. Private patio and grill.
The space
The apartment is about 600 square feet and up a flight of stairs on the second floor. There is a lot of natural light, which makes it feel really good. There are three main rooms - the living room, the kitchen, and the bedroom. And of course, the bathroom. It was originally built in the 1950s, and was rebuilt from the studs in 2010 after a fire.

Wonderful Stay

The apartment is very inviting and has everything you need for a wonderful stay! Very clean and the host does a great job with communication throughout the entire time you are there. We felt very safe in the tree streets neighborhood and it’s close to everything. Definitely a fantastic option when visiting Johnson City.

Convenient clean apartment

The location is convenient to both ETSU and downtown after a short walk. Neighborhood is pleasant and residential with tree-lined streets. Property was clean and adequately outfitted. There was a little bit of trouble getting complete information about check-in but sounded as if was more the fault of VRBO and not the host. Host was attentive and in touch throughout the stay. Check-out was easy: no laundry list of chores. In sum, I recommend this property if you have reason to be in town.
