Excellent communication before stay and after stay. Very quick to respond with any questions we had. My daughter had a great stay. Would definitely recommend!
My friends and I had such a great stay here. Great location with an amazing backyard. Slept all of us comfortably and there was plenty of room for games and group dinners. Would love to stay here again!
We rented this home for family to stay in during our daughter’s wedding at The Towers, and it was perfect for the occasion. There was plenty of space for the bridal party to get ready comfortably on the big day, and the house easily accommodated our family gathering. The kitchen and dining area were a great size for spending time together. The location is ideal close to the town beach and situated on a quiet, private road. While the house isn't brand new, it’s very comfortable, clean, and spacious, just what we needed. A great spot for a relaxed family stay!
This property suited our 3 generation family needs well. Convenient location to beach, the pier, great restaurants, cute shops and hiking trails along the beautiful waterfront.
Plenty of parking, private yard with swing set, and updated bathrooms and kitchen. We enjoyed a wonderful family weekend at this home.
A great property tucked away nicely in a popular area. A private gravel lined driveway lead to this beautiful home. A classic NE house with a shared party room to provide endless fun. This home is accessible to all the great attractions in & around Narragansett. Would love to come back!
We go to Rhode Island for the 4th every year & just love it in Narragansett. Our family size is bigger so this has plenty of space. Walking distance to everything. I do wish that there was a way to have more than 12 though, there’s definitely enough space. Perhaps also a recyclables bin too.

Sub par property
The property is worn and needs updating and care. Our impressions started at the potholed driveway, into an overgrown unkept yard. The grass was cut, but all landscaping was overgrown from last season and some dead. Had a creepy feeling. Looked like a great house for a frat party - keg fridge upstairs with pool table and little worry of breaking anything. Furniture is worn and some broken, one upstairs bed was so uncomfortable, family members chose to share a room instead. When we arrived there was no heat on, (53 degrees outside) and no directions in the pamphlets for how to use the heat or fireplace, the phone numbers provided didn’t work, but we were able to text via the app. We left the furnace room door open to heat the first floor up- while the radiant floor heat caught up and then stayed hot no matter what we did - so windows were open. Some closets were filled with junk, piled on the floor waste high. Great location, but would not recommend.
