Top of the Grove is a one of a kind classic cabin style home located in Big Bear City. This 4 bedroom 3 bath home offers a relaxing and fun environment for you and your guests to enjoy on your next escape to Big Bear. Enjoy a spacious getaway with high vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan that ensures plenty of space for you and your guests. This cabin's stunning interior was designed with your comfort in mind while its modern amenities provide a touch of home.

Step inside the main living space where you're greeted within incredible wood craftsmanship and large open windows that allow for plenty of natural lighting. Kick up your feet and relax on the sectional in front of the cozy fireplace, the perfect spot to defrost after a long day on the slopes. A mounted flatscreen tv can be seen not only from the comfort of the couch but the kitchen as well so you won't have to miss the big game. Equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, this kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A coffee maker, blender, air fryer and tea pot are all conveniently provided for you to use during your stay. Seating for eight can be found at the dining room table while additional seating for three is provided at the kitchen island. A built-in desk can be found in the kitchen as well, providing an efficient work space if needed.

Take advantage of the fresh mountain air and flawless Big Bear weather on one of two back decks. Access to the top floor deck can be found through a set of sliding glass doors in the dining room. Grill up some steaks on the propane grill as you enjoy views of the surrounding pine trees. Sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee as the kids play in the spacious backyard.  On the bottom floor deck, soak your muscles in the hot tub after a long day exploring the Big Bear mountains.

Head back inside to continue the fun in the downstairs gameroom where you’ll find a sofa couch and 85" flatscreen tv, perfect for family movie nights. An arcade game, connect four, and a foosball table provides extra fun and entertainment.

When it’s time to settle down for the night four bedrooms, all with mounted tvs, wait to provide you with a restful night's sleep. Downstairs you’ll find the first bedroom which includes a king size bed and an attached bathroom as well as private access to the downstairs deck. The second bedroom downstairs includes a twin over full bunk bed. Upstairs you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms. One includes a king size bed while the other provides a queen bed.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
Please dispose off your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is: 713, Stocker Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
