NEWLY RENOVATED COMPLEX completed June 2025! Cozy ski-in, top floor, creekside 1 bedroom condo 3 blocks from Main Street. Queen bed with new mattress (2023) in primary bedroom, and pull-out queen-sized sofa bed, also new mattress (2023). Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking Sawmill Creek - hear the creak from every window. Ski-in from lower 4 o’clock ski run; walk 100 yards from Snowflake chair lift with access to the full mountain. Ski Storage in the unit. FREE bus route with bus stop 50 steps down the hill. On site shared hot tub, sauna, washer / dryer & free parking.

KITCHEN:
Granite counter tops. Fully stocked with a refrigerator, oven, NEW microwave, Keurig coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, crockpot, pots and pans, cutting boards, dishes / bowls / wineglasses / cups, and all cooking utensils. Stocked with Coffee. Tap water from sink is great to drink, or to fill up water bottles.

BEDROOM:
1 queen bed with new mattress. The bedroom has a dresser & full closet with hangers. The pull-out couch in the living room is queen size and has a comfortable memory foam mattress. Linens available for sue + extra pillows, blankets, towels for the bathroom. Humidifier in bedroom, vacuum, and iron are all in bedroom closet for you to use.

LIVING SPACE
Comfortable couch and chair, lots of windows and sliding balcony doors letting the sunshine in. Hear the creek with them open and breath the mountain air! NEW Sofa easily converts into a queen size bed with new mattress. Dining table seats four and great for playing board games as well. Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.

BATH
Granite counter tops. Tub / Shower. Extra toiletries and hairdryer located under bathroom sink.

LOCATION
In the winter, great ski in location from lower 4 o'clock run. Walk 100 yards to Snowflake Chair Life (walk to the top of the cul da sac, go right up the hill to rope with orange flags, you will see the sign for Snowflake lift to your left once you get to the top of the hill, cross the road and Snowflake lift is right there) or take the FREE bus route at the end of the road to the lifts (Black Route). 3 blocks from Main Street with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, spas, and other businesses for you and the whole family. The Breckenridge Nordic Center is close by, offering cross country skiing and snowshoeing.
In the Summer, you are walking distance from numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. You could take the gondola up to more terrain. The gondola is free in the summertime!

This place was great! Family of four, so we used the pull out bed as well. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep, there are toiletries provided and it’s about a 5 min walk to the Snowflake lift. Also about 10 min walk to Main Street for food and shopping. Parking is easy, never an issue finding a spot. The owners responded very quickly when I had questions. Would def stay again.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed and it was very clean. It was peaceful seeing/hearing the river off the balcony too. We plan to stay here again!

Can't beat the location!

Property was perfect for us. It was 1 adult and 2 teens (18 & 17). Short 5 min walk to the lift and practically ski back into the condo. Short walk into town as well. Excellent communication with property owners!

Place was just fine. The hot tub was closed during our time with no heads up. The hot tub was a main factor in choosing this place, so we were very disappointed. When we reached out to express disappointment and ask for a partial refund, we received zero response. Would not book here again for these reasons.
