Very affordable 3BR/2BA just 200 yards from the private gated beach access! You do not have to cross a highway to get to the beach! Low monthly winter rates are available for 2300.00 per month plus fees and taxes from October through February. Please reach out if you would like to book at the monthly rate. This quiet and relaxing condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a balcony with views of the pool. The master bedroom has a king bed, the first guest room has a queen bed, and the second guest room has two twin over twin bunk beds. This condo easily sleeps 8 people. *Please note that there is no elevator. This room is located on the third floor with no room above you or directly beside you. It is located in a 3 story newly renovated low rise condo. Relax in the pool area on the tanning deck, have a fun family meal in the picnic area after grilling, stroll down to play in the sand at the beach, or head out to explore all the great activities Destin has to offer. You are centrally located in the heart of Destin. Walking distance to Dunkin’ Donuts, Pizza Hut, Mellow Mushroom, Chic-Fil-A, Blacklock Seafood Market, and the Pancakery! 5 min walk to Big Kahunas Waterpark- full of great splashing fun for the kids Under 4 miles to Destin Commons, Harborwalk Village, and Crab Island.
