Luxury 4 BDR Home / Hot tub / Amazing Fireplace!
This home is perfect for any large family or friends group. With modern decor throughout, comfortable furnishings, and views that will take your breath away, this home is a must stay when in Fernie.
OUTDOOR
You can park in front of the first two big windows and the front door. Please do not park in front of the garages.
ENTRANCE
As you walk into house you arrive into a large light filled lobby area where you can store your coats and shoes. There is a flight of wooden stairs up to the main living area. There is a baby gate in case you are bringing your little ones.
MAIN LIVING AREA
As you walk up the stairs you will be greeted by an abundance of natural light through the long wall of large windows. To say the scenery is stunning is an understatement! You can enjoy the views from inside cuddled up on the sofa, or from the large dinning table, or even from outside on the comfy outdoor furniture. The main living area has a large family sized wooden dinning table, comfortable sofas, wall mounted TV, wood burning fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen. Off the main living area are the bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room, and access to the deck.
MASTER BEDROOM
This large bedroom wit has a walk in closet, huge ensuite, and direct access to the wrap around deck, so, you'll be relaxed in no time at all! The ensuite has a stand alone tub and a separate steam shower, both perfect for relaxing in after a busy day in Fernie. The King sized bed is dressed in hotel quality linens, and the cozy towels in the bathroom are a touch of luxury for your stay. There are also locally made body wash/shampoo and hand soap for your use.
MASSIVE DECK
The massive desk is the perfect place to gather in the winter or summer as the views are absolutely stunning. They will take your breathe away. There is a dining and seating area, plus an outdoor fireplace - please note the dining set is not useable during the winter. Wood is not provided. You can access the back garden from the deck.
BEDROOMS
Back inside and to the right of the kitchen area you will find another bathroom, again stocked with hotel quality towels and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo. There are also another two bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed and twin bunk. A fourth bedroom can be found downstairs near the entrance area.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The great sized laundry room has a washer and dryer for your use.
OTHER UNITS
Please be aware that we have other units at our home. We have two separate studios above the garage, and when we are not at the property we rent out our home space too.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
