Grousehall is a nod to the host's heritage - his family hails from an area near Grousehall in Northern Ireland. Your host provides a patio for outside dining and a wood fire pit for family campfires under the stars.

The stylish interior is tastefully finished with ship-lap on the walls of the great room on the first floor. The open floor plan provides a welcoming ambiance for families for dining, relaxing and food preparation. The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home.

Sliding glass doors off the kitchen / dining area lead to a covered rear porch. Relax on the porch and enjoy the peace and quiet of the valley.
Grousehall is a scenic 15 minute drive to the Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Nice 2 bedroom house, clean and had a lot of basic pantry items not all rentals have. 18 min drive to dreams park. Easy check in and check out! Would stay again!

It was a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for the four of us and not too far from Dreams Park. The owners were wonderful to work with. We enjoyed how secluded it was and relaxed often when we had down time. Would definitely stay here again.

This house has everything you’ll need! It’s cute, updated and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed here while my son was playing at dreams park. It’s a quick 17 min drive in. The owners are very helpful if anything comes up during your stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location. Super clean.

We split with another family. Plenty of parking and a nice outdoor area. Covered porch, corn hole, firepit, grill. Loved our stay! Would def stay again- Great decor and renos for this old home!! To go with that: one bathroom downstairs (both bedrooms upstairs) and washer/dryer in bathroom. Very loud downstairs when walking around.

Perfect!

We rented this for our stay at Cooperstown. It was three of us. It was adorable and not in the hustle and bustle of town. Just note that the bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms are up. Would stay here again!

Great spot

Although it is very buggy because it backs up to a marsh/pond area the house was perfect for my family. It was clean and ready to go on time. It had everything you needed to cook and clean including towels and sheets. The owner was lovely as well and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat. Lastly, it is less than 20 minutes to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown! It really was a great location!

Charming, well stocked home.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and very well stocked. We had absolutely everything we needed. Every room had its own super quiet air conditioner (so much better than those hotel types that keep you up at night). The outdoor grill was brand new (or so clean it looked brand new). The house was an easy short drive to the dreams park - just 15 minutes. The owners were responsive to questions and lovely to work with. I highly recommend.

We loved Grousehall!

Grousehall was very convenient to Dreams Park. It was a 15-20 minute drive to the park. About 5 minutes away, headed towards Cooperstown is a great little ice cream shop/burger joint called Jerry’s Place that we really enjoyed. Downtown Cooperstown is about halfway between Grousehall and Dreams Park. The house itself is so cute and charming and the views are spectacular. I loved rocking on the back porch watching the birds and listening to the frogs. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and my sons said the twin beds were comfy as well.
