We enjoyed our stay! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was wonderful for 9 of us. The beds were comfortable! The view was wonderful! Using kayaks was a highlight for our 9 year old who had never did that! Trey was responsive and made our stay wonderful! Thanks again!

This property exceeded our expectations. The home has been beautifully remodeled with a stunning modern design while still feeling warm and inviting. Everything was immaculate, and you could tell the owners paid attention to every detail. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was a huge bonus for our group, and the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen all featured high-end finishes and thoughtful upgrades. The kitchen was fully equipped with brand-new appliances, making it easy to prepare meals together. One of our favorite features was the large screened-in back porch with its spacious dining table. It was the perfect gathering spot for our entire group and where we spent much of our time.The only disappointment was the waterfront access. We were looking forward to swimming from the dock, but getting in and out of the water wasn't practical. The shoreline around the dock was muddy and grassy, with cinder blocks and debris in the shallow water, making it difficult to enter safely. Adding a ladder to the deep end of the dock (or creating a cleaner, more accessible entry point) would make a tremendous difference and would truly elevate this property into the perfect lake getaway.Overall, we loved our stay and would happily return. With improved swimming access, this property would be nearly impossible to beat.

Our lakehouse adventure was a soul refreshing vacation in a beautiful attention to detail environment. The home is cozy with lake front views throughout, a screened in porch, and each renovated room has its own spa like bathroom. We spent a lot of time at the private dock fishing and enjoying various kayaks and canoes. Thank you for a weekend full of new memories and a time relaxing as a family.

Perfect spot for us to enjoy time together on the water….. Beautiful home….well maintained and comfortable. Lots of outdoor opportunities in the screened in porch, multi deck locations and the covered pier . We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay in Modoc.
