Wi-Fi, Internet TV Workstation Fully equipped kitchen, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Keurig Coffee Maker, French Press Private balcony with water views. Upstairs loft features seaside inspired decor with NEW king bed. Unobstructed views of the bay, end unit! Stylish loft bathroom boasts a large step in shower with a rain shower head and a handheld shower head. Private washer and dryer. Easy beach access across the street, boardwalk over the dunes. Beach Chairs Cooler 2 beach cruiser bikes included! Be sure to take your bike out and explore! Beach Towels provided upon request for $5 laundry fee.
Before booking this loft unit, please consider the physical abilities of everyone in your group. The stairs leading to the loft can be challenging for some. The loft bedroom is only accessible via stairs. Due to the layout, the space may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or other physical health considerations. We want your vacation to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible so please take this into account when booking.
Things to Know! -2nd Floor Loft Condo - No elevator. -1 assigned covered parking space. Limited guest parking is first come, first serve. -Snowbirds accepted!
Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation: Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in. Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties. Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
Check-in time: Typically between 3:00 and 5:00pm. Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week(7/12/26-7/19/26), 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable. Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.
Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking. All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival.
Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will be, without exception, a $200 charge.

This property is nicely updated, had everything needed, is very quiet/peaceful, and in a great location with great views. The property manager, Donna, is super helpful and communicates well. Having the bikes was a wonderful amenity, especially with the walking/biking trail access being right there. Hope to stay here again someday!
We enjoyed the location, close to the sound and gulf, the unit was well appointed and very clean. Communication, regarding check in and check out was very good.
Place was clean and well organized. Beach umbrella has seen better days. should be replaced. The kitchen chairs are too soft and uncomfortable. Overall, we were satisfied.

Accommodations were exactly what we needed for the two of us. Clean and quiet on the bay side, close to the Gulf, favorite eats, and activities. We would definitely book again.
Wonderful place to stay when visiting Pensacola Beach. It has everything you need for two people to go to beach or stay in. It was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable. Really appreciated the ability to cook breakfasts and pack lunches for our day trips. We plan to come back!
