Had the best time on our stay! Very clean upon checking and very easy check in and check out process. The location was amazing easily walkable and central to so many activities. We were checked in on often during our stay to make sure everything was going well which was greatly appreciated! Absolutely would stay here again!

Fantastic location! Lots of dining options within walking distance and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The house had plenty of space, and the outdoor layout was great for gathering and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The house was wonderful, clean and everything we needed was provided. Very spacious and we enjoyed both the outside shower and the fire pit. We could walk to a few restaurants and the beach but didn’t take advantage of those as my husband had just broken his leg. They do provide everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. Serendipity was perfect for an extended family vacation or even a get away for friends. The hosts are very responsive and everything went off without a hitch.

This house was perfect for our trip to Cape Cod. The location couldn’t be beat. Easy walk down to the beach and next to great bars and food places. The house also had everything we needed and the rooms were perfect for our group. Very spacious and clean. Would recommend to anyone looking to plan a great trip down the cape!

Management was really helpful-especially considering we came during a nor’easter. They responded to all our questions and concerns and even gave us options if we couldn’t make the trip. The house worked for us, but a bit small in communal spaces for our whole group. Location was great. The ad was a little confusing because there were more pictures of Pelham house then of the actual house-so, we realized after that many of the pics were of the hotel down the street, not the house itself. Overall, good stay, good house, would recommend.

Great house in good location. Love all the walkers every morning. Made us go find Woolfie’s Bakery. Walk to the beach, shops and making memories by the sea. Excellent communication by the hosts. Happy 4th!! Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a great time staying in this home, and were grateful to have a warm, dry place to come “home” to after a rainy October day! Lots of space to spread out, two bathrooms which was great, and comfortable beds. Had the essentials stocked and was a convenient location for exploring the area! Owners were communicative and check-in and check-out process was smooth!

Golf Weekend

Great place to stay from location and house perspective! Walking distance to various restaurants as well as the beach. Went down for a golf weekend and really enjoyed the stay. Also, the host was very responsive to any question and the check in process was extremely simple. Definitely recommend this place to others!

Wonderful area for families and young adults. There were 9 of us all together, with a 8 month old and a 2 year old. Perfect house for us.

Spectacular rental

The property was extremely clean. Provided sheets which is always helpful. Location was superb. Able to walk to beach, Wolfies, mini golf, Chapins, Dog House. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Walk to everything!

The house is accurately listed - easy walk to beach and restaurants. It was nice to have a yard with seating, hammock and shade for a break from the beach. The shed was stocked with bikes, chairs and some toys. Bikes are old and had flat tires, but I borrowed a pump from a local shop and got 3 out of the 4 ridable. We would stay here again!

Nice house in a beautiful location. However when I asked if it were possible to check in a little early I was told no. The house wasn't even ready at the agreed upon check in time. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes before we were allowed to check in and were expected to leave promptly at 10:00am check out time. Additionally, all the trash from the previous guests were not taken and therefore all trash bins were full and had to be vigilant of the raccoons trying to get at the trash. The shower curtain was ripped, a drawer in the refrigerator was broken, and the sink plunger was broken and had to be rigged to stay open. All in all, my family and I had a nice time, but I wouldn't pay that much again to stay there.
