About this property

Our home is situated in a quiet neighborhood with large yard. The long, gravel driveway provides ample parking for vehicles, tail gating supplies, and water toys. The property is located 7 minutes from the campus of Notre Dame and 5 minutes from the St. Mary's campus. For guests looking to bike or walk to campus or into Michigan we are 3 houses away from the LaSalle Trail, a mixed walking and biking trail that connects Indiana and Michigan.

Our charming home was built in 1928 and has been completely renovated with modern upgrades in mind. Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed. 2nd bedroom is equipped with Full/Full bunk beds. A pack n' play is available for those traveling with children. In the living room guests will find a King size sleeper sofa. The full bath is equipped with a tub and shower and double sink vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped for making all of your meals

Notre Dame game weekend

My sons and I traveled to South Bend for the Pitt/Notre Dame game. Penny's house was exceptional! Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean! Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed relaxing before we left for the game. Kitchen was fully equipped for making breakfast, she left lots of extras for us to enjoy, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water and snacks. 10 minute drive to the stadium parking lot, perfect location. This property will be on my list to stay again when we visit! 5 star property and host!

House was absolutely beautiful! Perfect location in reference to Notre Dame! Owners were extremely easy to work with an accommodating. Will definitely stay again, an recommend to friends!

Great place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable.

We were there for the twirling competition at Notre Dame with my granddaughter. If we go again next year will definitely keep this place in mind. Penny was a great host to work with!

Noter Dame Spring Game 2023

My family and I are very thankful for this Easter Egg in South Bend. Our stay was just for the weekend but it was very peaceful and relaxing. I am thankful for the hospitality and generosity of Penny. When we go to Noter Dame games this will be our spot!
