This was trip with our 3 adult kids and their significant others. It was a celebration for our son who turned 30! It was so great that every bedroom had their own bathroom with shower. The living space was amazing, the patio with fire pit was our go to spit to enjoy each others company. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bikes were perfect for the short ride to pool. Absolutely an A property and location! Will save and be back!

Beautiful home

The home was gorgeous inside and out had everything that we needed. The host was very accommodating for an early check-in. The neighborhood is also beautiful. The HOA was super helpful as well.

Lovely rental for a family getaway in Sunrvier

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a lovely stay here with my family of four. Great location in Caldera Springs (though note Caldera Springs is a bit of a ways from Sunriver Village / SHARC, which are both driveable / bikeable). House was lovely and generally very well-stocked. When we return to Sunriver, we will try to book here again.

House was great. Fit our needs perfectly. Didn't get see the night sky from the hot tub.(it wasn't there) towel situation a little off. The hand towel for the powder room was a bath mat. We used one from master.

The privacy was nice for everyone having their own bedroom with a bathroom. The Bikes were provided for all of us. The Quarry pool was fun & relaxing.

Beautiful home but not really a true 4 bedroom

House was beautiful. Excellent location and quiet. Did smell of dog, but got used to that. Home was clean overall. Listed as 4 bedroom, but I should have read closely because 4th bedroom is just a small family room/office with a murphy bed and bath and barn doors, so not private.

Family reunion

This was an absolutely beautiful home with so much space to enjoy a family gathering. The neighborhood was beautiful and so nice to walk and bike around. I would definitely recommend this home. The one downside was that we thought we were going to be able to rent kayaks and use the lake but when we tried to check one out we were told that we couldn't because we rented through vrbo. You have to book through sunriver resorts to have access to renting kayaks for the lake. That had not been clear to us on booking and it was disappointing to be turned away at the check out desk. My sister rented a different home in the neighborhood and rented through another venue and was also turned away.

Terrific Time At Trailmere

Thank you for an incredible stay at this beautiful home. The house was spotless at check in, lots of storage space to unpack and place items for the stay, bedrooms were great size and comfortable and the office area converted nicely into a fourth bedroom. All main areas were really well appointed with the usual and upgraded amenities. Great size family room, kitchen had everything we needed, nice butlers pantry area with wine fridge and fire pit area was a plus as well has the small patio off the primary bedroom. We thought we might miss having a hot tub but in the summer it was not a deal breaker. Home had bikes and it was a short ride to the Quarry pool area. We would highly recommend this home to others looking to stay in Caldera, just make sure to bring a hair dryer - that seemed to be the only thing missing that we did not anticipate to bring - and such a small thing. Again thank you for a fantastic stay in your beautiful home - we hope to stay with you again!!
