About this property

Beautiful scenery and peaceful surroundings abound "IS" Cozy Creekside Retreat. With a private Pier and Gazabo you can bring all of your watertoys to enjoy the Creek. Or just relax and take in all of the scenery. Pelicans, Cranes, Egrets, Seagulls and schools of Fish are a common site at the Retreat. You may even see "Jack" the jumping fish! We can accommodate up to10 people very comfortably. The Retreat boasts two oversized Bedrooms, a large Master Bedroom and two full baths. A large den with remote gas fireplace and huge sunroom with gorgeous views of Pages Creek. Open kitchen concept overlooking decks at the rear of the home where you'll find a gas grill for outside grilling! Relax on one of the rear decks in an Adirondack chair while reading a book or just enjoy the occasional boat traffic. The Retreat is within just minutes to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and plenty of shopping and dining. A nature trail for walking or riding bikes is just a half mile away. This is the perfect Retreat for those Family and Friend Vacations! Bring your Kayaks, Paddleboards, Canoes, Ski or fishing boats! Tie up to the Dock and you'll be in the water 2 hours eitherside of low tide! Whether it's for 2 days or 2 weeks you'll love your stay with us! The only reason you won't mind leaving, is because you get to come back!

Great house and location

This house was one of tbe best rentals we have stayed in. Everything we needed the owners thought of and had available. Kitchen supplies were there for our use with even a set of sharp knives. The rooms in the house were all large and the large sunroom was our favorite spot to sit and watch the water and the birds. The location was very close to all the Wilmington attractions. This house lives up to all the 5 star reviews

Family Retreat

Our family loved staying at the Cozy Creekside retreat. Watching the sunrise and sunset on Pages Creek from the dock swing then going out on my nephews boat was perfection. Our family enjoyed a southern seafood boil on the deck and enjoyed football by the fire. Our hosts thought of everything with a fully stocked coffee bar, all the cooking equipment we needed. The beds were very comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of towels that looked new, everything was immaculate. We loved our stay so much that we have already booked for next year. Thank you Brian and Jenn for your care and attention to detail. See you next time!

Wedding of our dreams!

I rented this home to be my wedding venue, and it was everything I dreamed and more! The property is beautiful, peaceful, spacious, and close to everything you could need. The home itself was perfect for the ladies to get ready with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the most amazing natural lighting in the sunroom. My husband and I stayed the whole weekend and thoroughly enjoyed coffee on the dock swing with the marsh view each morning. Brian and Jenn are the best hosts who have the sweetest story for their wonderful home. I can’t recommend this enough!!

The Retreat is long in Family Roots. We have renovated it for others to use and enjoy as their favorite Vacation Home! It has been renovated twice. Once in 1990 and now again in 2023. The Retreat was built in 1976 and has survived many Hurricanes. We are very happy that you have chosen the "Cozy Creekside Retreat" for your Vacation getaway. We truly hope you enjoy your stay!

The Retreat offers amenities like no other! Tucked away on a private three-quarter acre lot with breathtaking water views. A gorgeous, newly renovated home with rear decks and private Pier and Gazebo. You can bring your Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Jet Skis and Canoes. Or just enjoy the occasional boat traffic while you relax under the Gazebo. Only minutes away from Mayfair and Wrightsville Beach. Plenty of Restaurants and shopping close by. Bring your Bikes to ride the quiet adjoining neighborhood to the nature trail only a half mile away. Warm up by the Remote Gas Fireplace while preparing a meal in the new kitchen. All the while taking in the beautiful Sunsets from the rear decks. Yes, we are unlike any other. The only reason you won't mind leaving, is because you get to come back!
