*Monthly exterminating service is contracted. However, this is the mountains. From time to time and season to season, you may find a critter or two that decides to take up residence in the cabins. This is beyond our control and we ask for your patience and understanding. You may find a spider, ant or asian lady bug. This is natural. But we do try to keep them out :)

Hello and nice to meet you! I'm Judi and I've been hosting in the Smoky Mountains for over two years now. I love this area, the mountains, the cabins and especially the people. Nicest people you'll ever meet. I've been a landlord in the Chicagoland area for over 30 years now and nothing compares to hosting a cabin for you! Just remember, I'm an hour behind ya'll, but I'll answer your messages as soon as I can. The best part of my job is helping people who were gracious in picking my cabin enjoy their vacation getaway.

Why they chose this property

Why this property? I looked at hundreds of cabins before settling on this. This cabin is easy to get to in a gated community and I think that is very important. It's cozy and spacious at the same time.

And...it's named after my little Charlie. Charlie was our little Shi-tzu. It only seemed fitting to name this cabin after him. He was called Charlie Bear his whole life. He was a fantastic little dog and I wanted to honor him.
