Welcome to our private relaxing vacation retreat. You will experience a spectacular view of the gorgeous emerald green Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy awesome sunsets. Your feet will be massaged by the white sugar sand beach. The retreat is located in the middle of everything, steps away from Pier Park Shopping and dining area. LOTS OF PHOTOS ON OUR WEBSITE. This is an awesome Gulf Front Condo. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The Master suite has a balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the 2nd bathroom. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, twin on top and full size lower bed. The mattress and bedding are replaced every 2 years or less. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, microwave oven, blender for mixed drinks, and place setting for 16. Whether you just want a pizza or a more romantic meal we should be able to accommodate most of your dinning desires.

The living room has balcony access and wet bar. You will find a relaxing “beach” style motif. The sofa is also a queen sleeper when necessary. The dining area includes a contemporary table that will seat at least 6 comfortably. Additional seating is available on 3 barstools at the bar/kitchen counter. The balcony has comfortable seating to experience the evening sunset.
Since you are on vacation, you won’t be doing any laundry, but just in case, a separate laundry room is available with full size washer and dryer.

NO CHECK-IN REQUIRED, No waiting for a key. State of the Art door lock. You will be issued a door code after the final payment is received. Simple, no hassle.

This is just the “tip of the iceberg”. You will enjoy tremendous value with the many amenities offered by this resort:

-Health Club, Spa and Fitness on-site, open daily from 700 am - 700 pm. Features state of the art equipment as well as sauna and steam room with Gulf view.

- Majestic Theater- First Run movies on Friday and Saturday nights at 730 pm.

-The Majestic Market- Open seven days of week, from 700 am -700 pm . Featuring Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items as well as snacks and souvenirs.

- H20 Bar and Grill. Open seven days a week, from 1100 am -900 pm, includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf Front serviced seating for lunch and dinner.

Perfect vacation!

First, the photos of this property DO NOT do it justice! Many updates finalizing a fabulous home away from home. The view is incredible and we were fortunate to have perfect beach weather the entire 5 day stay. Stephan was the best host I have ever rented from and I've been doing a beach week a year for about 15 years. Not only was everything as stated but he called me a couple days prior to give extra information to include the easiest way to park and unload, his restaurant picks, quick and easy shopping, etc. AND, he text to check on our arrival and text again before our departure. We could not have been more pleased with everything!

The condo had a wonderful view. The owner was very prompt on getting back with us on the issues we had. The condo wasn’t as clean as I would like and was disappointed that during COVID the owner was reusing the rubber bracelets that you are required to wear to be in property. All other units where not per Majestic Tower front desk. The ice machine being down was an expensive issue for us seeing how a bag of ice on the property was almost $5.

Joshua was a great guest and stayed at one of our properties. He took great care of this vacation condo. We had one issue with a Comcast box that stop working the day of his arrival. He was very punctual in letting us know. We immediately put a work order to get it remedied. Very quickly we realized that this could take a few days to resolve if you scheduled a Technician and more. With a lot of luck we were able to locate and pick up a replacement box. Unfortunately it took 3 more phone calls to Comcast Customer Care to resolve the issue. Our paperwork and property pre-arrival brief are very clear regarding wristbands ( rubber bracelets). There are to be returned or else incur a replacement cost. We gave the guest that option in case he just forgot. Packing up for the return trip home can be pretty busy. We have no control over the ice machine pricing. We tend to agree with Joshua. In our pre-arrival brief, we always mention that ice is available at the nearby Walmart as an option. Two words on Covid-19. We have taken all precautions, followed government guidelines and much more. This has incurred our business a very high unforeseen cost that we have elected not to pass on to the guest . 100 % of our summer bookings were made Pre-COVID-19. Our cleaners have very strict guidelines to follow, which includes wristband disinfecting. As a side note, Joshua’s wristbands were new. We wished that he would have made us aware of the possible cleaning issue. We would have had the cleaning supervisor address the concern immediately. Absolutely! We believe in the motto “ no trace left behind”. It is certainly a very challenging order. We feel confident that this can be achieved . We certainly appreciate Joshua giving us flexibility in resolving the cable box issue. His help was instrumental. We wanted to minimize his privacy interruptions. We strongly believe in feedback. We always strive to make it better next time. We listen. We take 100 % responsibility for what is inside the property walls . Over 20 years we have followed and believe in our business model. We will not mimic what other business owners may do . Obviously, it appears we performed poorly this time. Over the many years our reviews speak for themselves. Our goal is to do our best and help you take away great memories of your stay.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Stephen was great and even gave us a call before our arrival to make our check in as seamless as possible. Majestic Towers is in a great location and beautiful property. The condo was clean for the most part, could use a good deep cleaning ie: lots of sand under the beds and couches, and small fridge possibly has mold. Wasn’t an issue for us we didn’t need it. Would stay here again!

Stephan was wonderful to work with. He was so helpful with everything. The condo was just as pictured, very pretty and the view was amazing. The condo complex was great, it had a small market and a bar and grill. Also there were 3 or 4 pools all very nice. We had a great time and hope someday to stay again.

Great place to stay! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Walking distance to many places to eat. Never had a problem with waiting on the elevators, they were always fast. We had an issue with the dryer and Mr. Francois was there that day and had it fixed by the afternoon. Very friendly and helpful!

My wife grew up vacationing in the Florida panhandle. This remains one of her favorite beaches in the world. After a family vacation to Panama City, we decided to have a beach condo retreat to enjoy the beautiful beach and sunsets. We have found the location, and the Majestic Resort to be a perfect combination for rest and relaxation.
