This charming Bay House condo features two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to six guests—plus, your furbabies are welcome too!

One of the most impressive parts of the condo is its patio area - enjoy and experience the magnificent views of the coast! Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the patio table! Alternatively, during the night, you can come here with a glass of wine and experience the incredible views of the night sky surrounded by twinkling stars. Bring along your kayaks or boat with easy access to the waters! (Kayaks not provided) Fish cleaning stations are also provided throughout the complex.

Step into a spacious, open-concept living area designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a cozy sectional sofa with plush pillows—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Enjoy meals or game nights at the dining table for six, or take your meal outdoors to the waterfront patio to enjoy the coastal breeze. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with ample counter space and all the essential amenities, including a stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

The BS Lake House offers two bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, a work nook with fast Wi-Fi, and a private en-suite bathroom with a full-size walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two cozy twin beds with cheerful decor, making it ideal for both kids and adults. It also offers ample storage, a cushioned chair, and bedside lamps for added comfort. A second full bathroom ensures convenience for all guests. You can even do a little laundry, in the full-size washer and dryer, if you want to head home with a bag if clean clothes.

The Bay House community offers amazing amenities, including three refreshing swimming pools, tennis courts, ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers, and direct access to Little Bay and Canoe Lake. Whether you’re hitting the beach or enjoying time at the pool, The BS Lake House has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

Place was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We had trouble getting in with our code when we first got there but they were fast at helping us out. Would definitely come back and stay again. Clean and pet friendly! Great place to call gome for the week.

So relaxing!!!

My husband and I took a quick weekend trip for stress relief. This rental was gorgeous and was just what we needed. We enjoyed the scenery from the porch every morning and evening. Plus so close to plenty of shopping and dining options. The property management was so easy to work with.

Overall the place is nice enough. The surrounding area is not bad but not overly nice either. Master suite was locked. The listing showed 2 queen beds. Downstairs has a queen but upstairs has 2 twin beds.

We payed to stay and relax with a water view. Woke up Saturday morning to the painters who left all of their tools on the back porch. Opened the blinds to see the back porch and was met eye to eye with a painter that was hired. There was no privacy or any time to enjoy the porch that morning. There was no indication of any of this from the owner. Basically paid for somewhere to sleep instead of somewhere to enjoy.

Enjoyed my stay, but want to point out a few things

I enjoyed my stay at this rental but was surprised by a couple things and want future rentals to be aware. First, you do not have access to the master room. That is locked with a sign that says, "Owners Suite". So, your room will be the guest room downstairs with a queen bed. Second, the beds have plastic sheets on under the real sheets. I removed them for my stay as I refuse to feel like a 5-year-old who may wet the bed. Other than those two items, the rental is lovely. Comfortable living room furniture, well equipped kitchen, smart TV, nice outside deck looking out over the boat slip and cove, and pet friendly. Great location - easy access to HEB and the beach and all Rockport has to offer. There are quite a few mosquitos outside, but that's to be expected given the water - just bring bug spray.
